TOMATO ZINFANDEL SAUCE

This pasta sauce pays tribute to the uniquely California wine, Zinfandel. Rich in flavor, our sauce is excellent on eggplant or spaghetti, topped with meatballs or Italian sausage. Add a generous helping of Parmesan cheese and you have a one-dish meal. Perfect for Sundays, or any day for that matter.
