In
celebration of the harvest, we have created l'Ortolano tomato
sauces. l'Ortolano quite literally means the market gardener
and is symbolic of the attention and care we give to the production
of our tomato sauces. Harvested in the cool early morning mist
of late summer, we have captured the unique flavor and brilliant
color of these very special tomatoes. We carefully accent them
with the complex flavors of premium California wines and balance
those flavors with precisely blended herbs and spices to create our six distinctive pasta sauces just for your enjoyment. |
