Since
no one in our family eats anchovies, this sauce was created to
satisfy the need for a Puttanesca sauce that is bold in flavor
and yet appeals to everyone. This sauce is excellent when spooned
over baked polenta, or your favorite cut pasta. Add anchovies
if you so desire, we won't mind. As always, cook your pasta al
dente.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, Fresh Mushrooms, Kalamata Olives, Expeller-Pressed
