WILD MUSHROOM CABERNET SAUCE

We created this mushroom-filled sauce with a healthy dose of a Premium California Cabernet Sauvignon wine for those of you with a big appetite and a love of wine. Serve over meat loaf, creamy polenta or toss with your favorite pasta, cooked al dente of course.
